Role Description and Responsibilities: This role will manage the day to day operations of the Offshored team and ultimately be responsible for the deliverables of the team. Reporting to the Group Financial Accounting Manager the successful candidate will be a member of a high performing diverse team and responsible for: Preparation and review of Group Monthly Management Reports Process month-end and year-end work papers and journals Review of General ledger reconciliations Capex ledger maintenance Maintenance of SAP transaction set ups eg - New account creation Profit/ Cost Centre maintenance IO Creations Vendor master approvals Review of reporting to key stakeholders including - Performance Results Cost centre reporting Region Performance Reporting Creative Stores P&L Payroll listing & report ABS Retail Business Surveys Facilities Management Reports Assisting Finance team with Preparation of Group Reports Assisting stores and internal stakeholders with general ledger queries Qualifications & Skills: Must have experience managing teams for 3 years to 5 years for Multinational Company Understanding and experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements (GST and such) Understanding of various entity types and statutory obligations Experience in using technology for automation and streamlining of systems and processes Can do attitude and open to learning new things Must have experience in any ERP Platform/Acocunting Software but using SAP is a plus. Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication Maintain strict confidentiality with financial related records
