Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Responsibilities:
• Support on investigation and resolve inventory variances. Report the result to management.
• Conduct of periodic inventory count and reconciliations and close coordination with warehouse and inventory in charge.
• Prepares request for stock adjustment for review and approval for Finance • Supervisor and Finance Manager.
• Validate inventory receipts transaction and work closely with AP team to ensure that transactions are encoded correctly to SYSPRO.
• Provides accurate and timely inventory reports.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business Administration
2. 2-3 years experience in handling inventories and have experience in supply chain or as production support.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
4. Proficient in advanced excel.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
