Join as a crucial member of Fresh Prints Finance Team (Remote Working)
Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
The Finance Team makes sure that Fresh Prints is positioned to succeed financially, by:
Coordinating all inbound and outbound payments
Driving decision-making through detailed financial reporting
Ensuring that every dollar is in the right place at the right time
Maintaining and updating the invoices/credits recording systems
The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve, and we also want you to take ownership of tasks/projects you think can add value.
As an intern on the Finance team, you will check every invoice we receive to ensure we are being billed accurately. In addition, you will be answering any questions regarding our invoices that our clients or internal teams may have.
This is a full-time paid internship position, with the possibility of full-time employment after completing the internship which will last for1 month (July 1 - July 30). You will report to our Finance Manager and work closely with other members of the Fresh Prints team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in one of USA's 5000 fastest-growing companies.
Responsibilities
You will be working with the finance team to directly contribute to the company's revenue growth
Assisting the finance team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers
Responsible for checking the invoices received by our vendors using available resources
Deliver on assigned tasks with great quality and efficiency
Identify areas of opportunity and highlight to improve
Requirements
Final year student or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify errors and highlight them in a timely manner
Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
Comfortable to work as per EST timings (9 AM - 5 PM, NY Time)

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Stipend of $200
