Qualifications:
Accounting Degree or background, with minimum 2-3 year experience in General Accounting
Has knowledge in merging new data, consolidating ledger entry journal
Experienced and Familiar with Rental Property Management Software/Tools will be an advantage Propertyware, Netsuite, AppFolio, Salesforce, Quickbooks
Keen to improve Property Management process
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and possess a high level of organizational ability
Possess problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills
Attention to details and spotting future drawback due to various factors affecting acquiring properties and entitlements
Has experience in Data Analytics

Job Descriptions
Support the Finance integration team on integration efforts with respect to acquisitions and other growth projects, including executing detailed plans and timelines, communicating cross-functional departments and external specialist , diagnosing issues, and routinely reporting on progress to the director and other relevant groups
Detailed tracking of ongoing workstreams and maintaining close communication with teams and individuals contributing to those workstreams
Contribute to designing and implementing interim and long-term policies, procedures, and controls for Acquisition, including collaborating with Finance, PM operation accounting, and Internal Audit personnel to assess impacts to the control environment
Ensure local DRE Compliance for each acquisition asset, during integration and post integration
Absorb and operate new PM asset's PM operating process procedure including process payments to vendors and security deposit deposition
Assist the accounting integration team to handle multiple acquisition and streamline the integration process
Contribute to ad hoc tasks
