A Japanese manufacturing company located in Greenfield, Automotive Park Sta. Rosa, Laguna and engage in the manufacturing of precision plastic products is in need of a Finance Head.
The Finance Head is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Supervises the Finance Assistant Supervisor & Finance Assistant and ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, tax compliance and audit preparation.
Qualifications / Job Requirements:
 Preferably resident of Calamba, Sta. Rosa and Binan Laguna or willing to relocate in these areas.
 A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA is a plus.
 With five (5) to ten (10) years related work experience specializing in general accounting, audit, taxation, financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting including handling managerial position.
 Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and the ability to influence and communicate to all levels.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Excellent business judgment, detailed oriented, analytical, conceptual and decision-making skills.
 Must be with high regard for ethics and integrity.
 Competency in Microsoft Office, business management, presentation tools and accounting systems.
 Must always commit to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
 Excellent set of accounting and audit skills with the ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
