Finance Forecast Manager
Do you have the talent in analyzing financial statements?
Are you an experienced analyst who can monitor all transaction to ensure accurate financial reports?
Do you have excellent reporting skills?
The Forecast Manager is responsible for the preparation of key Quantrics accounting reports (quarterly reports, annual reports, etc.). You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing the consolidated monthly financial statements of Quantrics and providing and analyzing monthly financial results to senior management.

Prepare a bottom-up build of the company's annual budget, and present the same to executives
Assist in the preparation of the company's Long-Range Plan
Prepare Month/Quarter/Year end Expectancy forecast on a timely basis
Responsible in analyzing cost centers and how it affects the overall financial health of Quantrics
Prepare the financial forecast/outlook for the company
Manage and plan on the cost impact of decisions. Initiate and flag risks to Management
Provide support to all users of accounting analytics and reports (primary users include Executive Management, Treasury, etc.)
Prepare business cases and sensitivity analysis
Managing all ad-hoc analysis, memos, and reports.
Ensure continuous improvement of all content/formatting of all reporting and presentations
Coordinate with all business units at the local and corporate levels.

Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds
University degree in Finance and/or Accounting required.
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is a must.
Experience with ERP Systems is a must.
Strong presentation skills. Proficient in preparing presentation materials.
5+ years of experience as a Manager of Finance.
Experience with Month-End Close process, accruals and re-accruals.
Team player, dynamic, and self-managed.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze results and underlying business trends.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Filipino and English communications skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts may be required.
Ability to operate independently, with the decision-making skills necessary to function in potentially high-stress situations
Detail- and process-oriented - Proactive and action-oriented, with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
