Collects, monitors, summarizes and studies data to provide the Management with the financial information and analysis, ratio, percentages, variance and as of status of all schools. He/she provides financial narratives and historical facts based on the available data and historical trends.
Financial Record Management and Financial Data Provision
Provides, validates, and consolidates on Divisible Gross Revenues, including the historical data and comparative figures, and comprehensive narration of facts to the Management.
Provides and validate approved template of fess for ALL schools, including reports to be submitted to CHED, TESDA, DepED and other government institutions.
Provides data on the total Network students population with Retention and migration data.
Provides and consolidates financial data such as the Financial Statement Package
Prepares network billings such as NEF, MS License, eLMS, PSCS, Adobe and ICA
Consolidate Internet Assistance Connectivity (ICA) loading and Scholarship report of ALL schools, monitors weekly collection of DepEd for Franchised schools.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
Experience and Competency Requirements:
With at least one (1) year of related experience as Data Analyst
