Job Description
Develop integrated accounting strategies that support organizational strategies and goals
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, all month-end process are performed, receivables and payables are processed and reconciliation is performed on time
Develop treasury standards in line with the company's overall objectives
Ensure open folios are monitored and cash is intact
Develop audit procedures, conduct random audits and review all audit findings and identify control measures
Monitor and control expenditures and costs against budget, propose cost- saving or revenue-generating policies
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure all compliances and requirements are processed and stay up to date in all compliance regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or it's equivalent
With at least 5-8 years working experience in the related field
Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and result-oriented
