We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee our company's financial aspects and ensure financial stability and growth.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu/Manila-based) work set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage cash flow and forecasting
Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Provide financial advice and support to management
Manage and develop the finance team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or CMA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Controller or similar role preferably in a similar sized company with $ 3M - 10M in annual revenue
With experience in Quickbooks is a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office
