FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a Financial Controller, you will be working with our US based client. Our client is an eCommerce company whose goal is to expand and reinforce brand identity, build systems and extend product lines to the next level.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to work with different personalities.
This role is 100% remote.
In this role, you will:
Scorecard's Outcomes translated into Job responsibilities
Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
Facilitate budget creation process and monitors budget against actual performance
Perform cash planning and analysis and ensure the company maintains a healthy cash balance
Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
Understand and report overall company (high-level) to SKU (low-level) profitability
Work closely with the Management team and prepare reports and recommendations to improve sales performance, cost optimization, and overall company profitability
Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data
Oversee accounts payable, expense, and payroll processes
Act as the primary point of contact to the external accounting team
About You:
Basic qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Controller, Finance Analyst or other relevant experience.
Experience with an international trading business is a plus
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Strong financial modeling experience
High attention to detail and organization is a must
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
