Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst/ Controller who will be responsible for performing clerical, supervisory, and management related tasks. The Financial Controller will also have a financial perspective --a better financial point of view, able to look into the invoices of the company, development of each project. Provide monthly report and improvement plan, Implement and ensure hundred percent engagement of all employees in each project assigned to them.
*REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS*
Male/Female; Must have finished any Finance related course
Preferably 1 to 4 years work experience related to Finance and invoices; strong time management skills, well-organized, admin task
With proven work experience in a Web-Development company or in any company with a foreign boss
Proficient in using MS Excel, Outlook, Dropbox
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product
Can work independently and provide improvement plans for the company
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
Provide leadership and responsible in Financial Reporting, Management reporting, and come up with an improvement plan for future success of the company. Look into how each of the projects are running, will be in-charge of company invoices (paid, unpaid, etc.)
Policy, Process, and Procedures
Oversee employees on the implementation and maintenance of the appropriate process especially holding the Project Managers liable for the finances and making sure employees do their time sheets, hold them full responsibility of each project assigned to them.
Monitor and follow up on each task in order to figure out who earns and do not earn for the company - Prepare daily updates and reminders for the boss/ CEO
The qualified candidate will be working with our great team of Web developers in the Philippines and our Project Managers and boss in Denmark
