We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance/Business Analyst with a focus on finance and operations reporting to join our growing E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
Generate and analyze financial reports related to sales, expenses, and profitability.
Track and report on key financial metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain operational reports to monitor and improve efficiency in fulfillment, logistics, and other business processes.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost savings and process optimization.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial and operational data within our systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate relevant data.
Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to create insightful dashboards and automate reporting processes.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Follow established processes and procedures for reporting and analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or Business Analyst in an e-commerce environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent understanding of financial principles and e-commerce operations.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
Netsuite experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
