JOB DESCRIPTION
Processing payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements.
Tracking expenses
Posting financial data to accounts
Handling cash disbursements and issuing checks.
Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
Handling communication between the organization and clients.
Maintaining and improving the organization’s bookkeeping process.
Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of four year course(BSBA Courses, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Human Resource, and any related courses)
Experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to be trained and willing to learn
Conversational in using English Language is a plus.
Residing in QC or nearby places in Quezon City
