We are hiring FINANCE ASSISTANT!
As a Finance Assistant, you will:
Handle all requirements and documentation needed for loan release with banks and Pag-IBIG (HDMF)
Follow up and monitor collections from banks and Pag-IBIG to ensure timely fund disbursement
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation reports and support overall finance operations
Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Legal, Admin) to ensure timely completion of loan requirements
Perform other general administrative tasks to support the Finance team as needed
You are a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any finance or business-related course- but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
Proficient in using computer applications (such as SAP Business One, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
Organized, keen to details, and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A fast learner, proactive, adaptable to change, and able to work with minimal supervision
Relevant experience in dealing with banks and Pag-IBIG in processing of loan requirements is great, but if you're eager to learn and ready to grow, we're excited to welcome you!
