JOB POSITION:
 
FINANCE ASSISTANT (Banilad)
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, and any business-related courses and Computer Science.
Has knowledge in Xero Accounting System is an advantage
Know how to use Excel
Keen into details
Open to fresh graduates
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Update balance sheets
Track and reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis report (fixed and variable costs)
Process tax payment
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
