Under the supervision of Financial Analyst, this key position is responsible for various accounting related functions to support ADEC Solutions Limited (ADEC UK). The incumbent will also provide finance related support to UK counterpart and other support groups by serving as the first line of contact. It is expected that s/he demonstrates proficiency handling financial and accounting related clerical works.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Examines and records all received source documents to the automated system to ensure proper accounting of files.
Performs accounting related tasks such as but not limited to preparing bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, expense and reimbursement, and other data entries applicable to monitor financial records of ADEC UK.
Monitors, validates, and approves transactions filed in the system to ensure timely delivery of expected output.
Maintains open communication lines with UK counterpart and other support groups to address queries and concerns.
Provides assistance and support to GSS-Finance in any other related duties as deemed necessary to contribute to the department's attainment of targets and goals.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education
Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Financial Management or other related courses.
Experience
At least 6 months work experience relevant or related to the role/capacity.
Experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
