JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Assistant mainly assists the Finance Manager in processing and managing various accounts and transactions in the day-to-day club operations including but not limited to the following:
Mainly responsible on petty cash management.
Help oversee and manage outlet and operations receipts.
Create, send and follow up invoices.
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
Follow necessary instructions directed by the Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
With advanced MS Excel Skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) and excellent analytical skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Applicant must be willing to be relocated in Balesin Island, Polillo, Quezon Province. We offer a very competitive compensation package with free board and lodging.
