Finance AssistantZalora

We are looking for a Finance Assistant that has good attention to detail and good organizational skills. This role will handle the COD collection and Marketplace reporting. The role will report to the Accountant and Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
Reporting of unremitted transactions to 3PLs
Reconcile discrepancies between remittance reports and bank deposits.
Preparation of manual billing to business partners
Preparation of off-cycle sales reporting for sellers
Assist in dispute resolutions
Uploading of MP seller settlement report in the seller center
Assist on clerical tasks for the team
Requirements:
College Graduate of any Finance or Accounting related courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with others
Must have good attention to details
Strong conversational Tagalog and English communication skills
Willing to work from home and be based in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway area if needed
Can start ASAP
