Description
• Responsible for the day-to-day and periodic processing of Accounts
• Receivable and Accounts Payable
• to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable transactions;
• to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Receivable transactions;
• Posting all supplier/creditor invoices into MYOB and periodic reconciliation against supplier/creditor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Liaison with Creditors in rectifying any queries.
• Attend to Creditor cost allocation requirements (e.g. appropriate coding of invoices to respective G/L categories).
• Attend to payment of monthly and ad hoc property rent payments.
• Attend to payment of ad hoc employee expense reimbursements.
• Attend to posting of corporate credit card transactions.
• Daily posting of banking transactions into MYOB including receipting of direct deposit amounts.
• Complete bank reconciliations within required timeframe to allow monthly management accounts to be completed by 15th of each month.
• Support payroll function including process timesheets and leave applications.
• Assist with any other incidental or ad hoc accounts support requests and reports as directed to meet operational requirements.
