Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, BSBA or any related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software are also essential.
Job Description:
Assist the CFO in any issues/concerns including government compliance & performs administrative tasks.
Ensuring that all titles, contracts, reports are complete and accounted for.
Ensures accuracy of all the records regarding the company owned units/ material/ equipment and safekeeping of all the inventories and keeping an updated record.
Meets the service level agreement in processing government compliance and (issuance of) documentations regarding the acquisition of material/ unit/ equipment.
Timely submission of complete, neat, and presentable accomplishment report.
