FINANCE AND INSURANCE COORDINATOR
 
Responsibilities:
Acknowledges receipt of Vehicle Sales Proposal (VSP), Credit Advice/Approval (CA) from the bank, bank requirements and Purchase Order (PO).
Prepares of bank requirements like LTO Registration, Promissory Note, Chattel Mortgage, Disclosure Statements, Notice of Assignments, Authority to Deduct and Credit Memo,
Maintains files on individual customer folder and compilation of all needed documents for LTO, Financing and insurance.
Prepares the following reports:  Weekly and Monthly Bank Proceeds and Insurance Renewal Reports.
Accepts and prepares renewals for in-house insurance and LTO.
Attends to customer inquiries and complaints regarding insurance and financing matter.
Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
