Job Description
Creating quotations for printing jobs
Enter and coding of supplier invoices in Xero Accounting software
Creating invoices and sending to clients
Discussing & clarifying quotations with customers if they have questions
Review and pay suppliers
Process weekly and fortnightly payroll
Accounts Payable
Supplier Invoices
Journal Entries
Liability to suppliers
Accounts Receivable
Billing and Collection
Accounts Reconciliation
Daily bank reconciliation (Bank account and credit card)
Can handle phone calls (Inbound and outbound)
Answer customer's inquiry thru phone and emails
Call the clients& follow up on payments
Send quotations, tax invoice & receipt to the clients
Assist the team in entering customers details (full name, company name, contact number, and delivery address)
Daily monitoring of tracking of packages and deliveries
Job Qualification
Good English written and spoken
Previous experience using XERO
Able to speak with customers
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
