FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible to undertake all aspects of financial management including accounting, cash and accounts receivable management, disbursements management, regulatory and financial reporting.
Accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risks, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with international financial reporting standards.
QUALIFICATION:
Male or Female
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Management Accounting.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant or an experienced Finance and Accounting Supervisor
With supervisory experience for at least 3 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
With thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and financial reporting.
With strong understanding of all functions of a typical finance and accounting department and familiarity on widely used accounting systems.
Mature, experienced, knowledgeable and have a great sense of responsibility
With strong leadership and management skills
Able to confidently and positively build rapport with colleagues
With integrity, confidence, strong analytical and financial skills; with effective written and oral communication skills along with excellent presentation skills
With skills in problem solving, is vigilant, has a passion for details and an ability to explain them
With ability to motivate, develop and manage the team towards effective and efficient performance.
