JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably a licensed CPA
• With at least 4 to 5 years working experience as Accounting Manager
• Excellent computer skills on MS Office
• Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases (SAP B1)
• Excellent time-management skills and team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work in Makati City
Job Summary
Finance and Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• month and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• treasury, budgeting
• cash forecasting
• revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• capital assets reconciliations
• check runs
• fixed asset activity
• debt activity
• leased asset activity
• compliance with the BIR and other government agencies
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 4
