Formulates and directs financial strategies that are aligned with the Company's strategic plans
Develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Company
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the Executive committee on long-term business and financial planning, pricing, business strategy, and allocation of funding
Drives the preparation of budget and forecast as per business direction and management guidelines and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting
Reviews variance analysis of P&L items and providing adequate commentary explaining the reasons of variances
Provide operational management support specifically in implementing over-all strategic plans, strengthening internal controls and regulatory compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree Holder-With an active CPA License- At least 8 years of proven working experience in the food or Manufacturing Industry- With experience as an Accounting Supervisor/Manager- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
