Finance AnalystAgripacific Corporation

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping business leaders make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyzes financial data and create financial models for decision support
Reports on financial performance and prepares for regular leadership reviews
Analyzes past results, performs variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Works closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluates financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Provides analysis of trends and forecasts and recommends actions for optimization
Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Identifies and oversees process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Works with Business Unit Heads for the yearly planning and budgeting process in compliance with corporate guidelines
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With 3 - 5 years related work experience, preferably in an accounting or auditing firm
Preferably with background in FMCG.
Proficient in Corporate Finance, Developing Standards, Quality Management, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, Statistical Analysis, Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis
