We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Management and accurate reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet
Conduct Month end accounting tasks
Review of financial records and correction of errors
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Expenditure and margin reporting, review and analysis
Perform Variance analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using financial software tools.
Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and accounting practices.
SaaS experience preferable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. (Xero and/or SAP experience preferable but not essential)
Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Willing to work early morning 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Philippine Time (Australia hours)
