FINANCE ANALYST
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze the monthly financial performance of the company integrated to the operational performance of the company.
Provide monthly roll-over forecasting as part of the Management report for executive and management decision support.
Build annual budgets and forecasts for different divisions and consolidate them into one master budget.
Create financial models to predict growth and forecast performance.
Analyze previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
Install, maintain, improve management dashboards, non-financial metrics, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) scores and the like.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related fields
Must have at least 2 years of financial planning experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
Collaborates well with colleagues using adept social skills.
Works independently using project management skills.
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
