Provides accounting and clerical support to the owner
Types accurately, prepares, and maintains accounting documents and records
Reconciles accounts in a timely manner
Daily enters key data of financial transactions in database
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Provides assistance and support to company personnel
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Compiles reports/summaries on activity areas
Functions in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
Perform periodic bank reconciliation
Help in the preparation of monthly reporting package, forecasting budgets and future performance
Helps in deeper and more expanded analysis of financial statements
Perform other duties as required by the accounting manager
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
More than 2 years of prior experience in a corporate accounting environment, especially in roles related to high-level analysis of data
Familiarity in standard costing method
Mathematical proficiency, strong analytical skills
Knowledge in MS Excel and SAP
Excellent communication and organization skills, good team player
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
