At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Preferrably with exposure in Banana Production Business

JOB PURPOSE
Primarily responsible for the provision of planning and analysis of the financial performance and condition of the business unit.
Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data:
Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor;
Analyzing data collected and recording results;
Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost;
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs;
Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures;
Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports;
Making estimates of new and proposed product costs;
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services;
Maintaining Cost Accounting System;
Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
Drives improvements on financial management by providing accurate and complete analysis on variances, identify trends and recommend financial management actions to the business leaders;
Drives financial stewardship by keeping the integrity of the financial information and its confidentiality;
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data;
Establish and enforce policies and procedures in cost analysis;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Other duties and responsibilities that may be requested from time to time.
