Finance Analyst - inventoryBeauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc.

Qualifications:
Graduate of BSBA Major in Financial Management or any business related courses
At least 1-2 years experience on inventory transaction with knowledge in SCM Activities is advantage
Proficient in advance excel.
Job and Responsibilities:
Responsible for management and control of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, finished goods rejects, return to supplier TPM transactions.
Conduct periodic inventory count and reconciliations and close coordination with warehouse and inventory in charge.
Support on investigation and resolve inventory variances.
Validate material losses and reject items transactions.
Validate inventory receipts transaction and work closely with AP Team to ensure that transactions are encoded correctly to SYSPRO.
Provides accurate and timely inventory reports.
Validate inventory valuation and analyze result based on its parameters as part of monthly closing activities.
Reconciling inventory accounts to General Ledger.
Conducts business process audit to all warehouses (RM, PM, and FG)
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
