Finance Analyst, finance (fp&a) - (1934br)Woodlands Health Campus (WHC)

Broad Function
Be part of the team to support functions like system setup, financial planning and analysis in Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) which will open in Jan 2023. Scope of work includes but not limited to setting budgets, developing management reports, scenario planning for new services, conduct analyses for purpose of improvement in productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To participate in understanding system relationship, system structure, end-to-end flow, etc of a new hospital setup.
To assist in setting up the system.
To perform financial analysis and provide advisory to the stakeholders of the assigned Departments through feasibility analysis on new projects and monthly financials.
To identify available and relevant dataset for analysing and development of recommendations for presentation and discussion with stakeholders so as to model and frame scenarios that will impact the organisation.
To be responsible in providing management reports with accuracy, timeliness, insightful findings and recommendations to improve cost efficiency for the assigned Departments.
Any adhoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Data Analytics related field with Minor in Accounting is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, Tableau
Min 2 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in healthcare industry with management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous, adaptable and comfortable with changes
Good written, oral communication and inter-personal skills
Proactive and team player mind-set
Prior experience in Financial modelling will be an advantage
Proficiency in R, Python or VBA will be an advantage
