Finance Analyst - davaoConectys Philippines, Inc.

Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Keep an account of all reportorial duties and compliance
Maintain all relation with local fiscal and governmental authorities, as well as third party vendors/suppliers
At least 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance is a must
Good knowledge in the field of Payroll and labor policies
PC operating skills, Excel operating knowledge (functions, filters, sorting), Word (document formatting, tables, images), PowerPoint, Outlook
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
Good interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with good organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
