Job Description Provide critical analysis of business operations and key initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally, applying analytical skills to provide deep and objective assessments to be used for business decisions. DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management Reporting Monthly management Reports (Exco Deck and BBMT reports) Performs detailed financial and operations review of Consumer Broadband performance thru analysis of drivers, impact of existing and new programs and macroeconomic factors. Provides relevant insights on Business performance valuable to Management to formulate appropriate strategies and decisions. Leads the submission of the full Consumer BB Performance deck which includes review, consolidation and alignment of revenue and costs including per Brand and per Tech PnLwith other BB FBA team members. Broadband Subscriber Count Report Drives monthly reconciliation and reclassification process, monitors adherence to agreed process, highlights red flags and issues for immediate resolution prior report release. Coordinates and follows through with various teams (i.e. EDO, Revenue Assurance) on action items which are meant to address identified reconciliation items. Recommends appropriate process improvements needed to fix the identified gaps during the reconciliation process. The report is used for: Internal reporting - management reporting across all CFUs (i.e. Consumer, EG, SG Postpaid and Prepaid) External reporting - quarterly disclosure to external parties of official subscriber count (i.e. regulatory, shareholder/investor, competition for subscriber market share, NTC reports). Top-up Report - delivers Prepaid BB top-ups/reloads report on a regular basis in order to monitor Prepaid performance, provide early view of revenues and flag system performance issues if any. SME for Broadband data and reports - as the main SPOC for BB reports, ensures requests and ad-hoc queries/issues are dealt with in an accurate and timely fashion, with focus on being and having a business and agile mindset, being proactive aimed at issue resolution/closure. Including but not limited to investigation and coordination of erratic business trends. Forecasting and Budgeting Weekly forecasting of revenues- analysis and monitoring of weekly performance and forecasting of revenue for the month. This requires knowledge of Consumer BB's products and services portfolio, trends, seasonality as well as impact of competition's new offers, if any. Highlights red flags/issues for early resolution and management decision. Manages Anaplan month 1 and 18 months rolling forecast driver population and forecasting basis.
