Reporting to the Finance Manager, this crucial role will be responsible for all end-to-end invoicing initiatives for one of Employment Hero's global products. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will have the opportunity to work with various internal teams and be exposed to liaising with global clients. This role will be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
Carry out billing, collection and administrative aspects for our Global Teams product
Assist in the creation of new customers and billing templates in the ERP system when they are onboarded to the product
Process payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
Be the key point of contact for client queries relating to Global Teams invoicing, providing accurate and exceptional service
Collate critical information from internal and external sources,
Act with urgency and respond to last-minute changes or requests
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
1+ years' worth of relevant experience working in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Payroll (it would be an added bonus if you have book-keeping experience!)
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Ability to meet tight deadlines and operate with a high sense of urgency
Strong emphasis on accuracy and keen attention to detail
Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system would be advantageous
