ADC PROPERTY VENTURES, INC. is a Cebu based real estate company engaged in property leasing, real estate development and development of memorial parks. We own and developed Cebu's Premier Memorial Park, FINISTERRE GARDENZ.
We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for candidates to fill the position of:
FINANCE & ADMIN OFFICER
Qualifications:
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least two (2) years supervisory or managerial experience
Competent in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others)
Must be honest, trainable, and highly motivated
Must be able to work with less supervision, efficient and well organized
Must have good leadership skills and a team player
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary
