Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Proficient in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, payroll management.
Experienced in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar financial systems is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, manage cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities in coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.
Experience in the petroleum industry is an advantage.
Preferably residing in or near Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando, or Carcar, Cebu.
Key responsibilities
Finance:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger management, and payroll.
Analyze financial data and provide reports to senior management.
Monitor cash flow and manage banking and insurance needs.
Ensure compliance with financial and taxation laws.
Administration:
Supervise administrative staff and manage office operations.
Coordinate office activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle administrative functions such as office maintenance and equipment management.
Oversee human resources functions like benefits administration.
Manade vendor relationshins and contracts.
