Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily PO Receipting
- Ensures all Accounts Payable invoices for the assigned entity are posted on a timely basis
- Preparing month-end reconciliation report of each suppliers Statement of Accounts vs records
- Daily Timesheets entries
- Performing Batching Payments
- Assisting in preparation of month-end reports or any Ad hoc task
Required Experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience in the same field
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
A Successful Candidate must have
- High accuracy to details
- Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with
- Any accounting software
- MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
