Is currently looking for:
 
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
BASIC FUNCTION:
Overseeing daily transactions which include accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and payroll.
Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting processes.
Supervising and providing overall guidance to accounting staff.
REGULAR/ ROUTINE ACTIVITIES
Oversee daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, & subsidiary ledger  bank reconciliation and payroll
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
Coordinate on preparation of BIR payment- monthly, quarterly & annually and participate in tax audit
Manage month-end and year-end closing accounting cycle.
Organize financial data into usable information and maintain accurate and updated records
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, monthly & annual reports and other necessary report .that may generate from Base System.
Tract the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with company's goal.
Assists external auditors and provides required report and information for the annual audit and BIR.
Check and ensure the accuracy of all data encoded to the Base System
Prepares budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
QUALIFICATION:
2-3 year(s) related experience is required.
Proven work experience as Accounting Supervisor.
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
Team management skills
Strong computer skills, MS Office in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
