JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist, monitor, process distribute and update records, reports, files and documents relative to finance and accounting tasks
Responsible in daily summary of accounts including assist, coordination and updates of credit and collection follow-ups as well as monitoring of payable and performance of accounts reconciliations
Responsible in assist, processing, coordination, follow-ups on bank transactions
And other tasks related to finance and accounting matters
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must hold a college degree on any related course
Experience in finance and accounting task is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel)
Possess good interpersonal skills (team player, dependability, flexibility etc.)
With good written and verbal communication skills
With good customer service skills
