The Finance & Accounting Manager will be in charge of Finance & Accounting Department of Plus Homes Communities Inc. He/she will oversee the functions of Budget Forecasting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting and ensure that the Key Result Areas of each function are met.
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Budget and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Management, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
