Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
Is currently looking for:
FILLING AND LABELING MACHINE OPERATOR
General Qualifications:
Technical vocational graduate (Electrical/ Mechanical background preferred)
Adequate experience with conveyors, plumbing and pneumatic systems in beverage industry (added advantage)
Willing to be trained
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates the automated filling and labeling machine and ensures filling, capping and labeling of bottled products are performed efficiently and smoothly.
Maintains accurate daily operation logs as directed, identifies quantity of bottled product produced and % rejects from the production line.
Sorts out damaged, inferior quality bottled products from the production line and segregates them in the designated holding area with proper identification tags and logs for further QA inspection.
Watches conveyor line for problems such as pile-ups and jams.
Monitors sleeve labeling efficiency.
Segregates finished packaged products for warehousing.
Conducts regular inspection of Filling and Labeling Machine to ensure effective and continuous operations.
Assists Maintenance Technician in establishing Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program of the Filling and Labeling Machines and prepares work orders according to schedule and emergency breakdowns.
