Job Description
Gamot Cogon Waldorf School is actively looking for new teachers to join our community for School Year 2021-22! If you love teaching, love children and have experience working with children and students, you might want to apply to join our school community! The Filipino/AP teacher will typically work across grade levels 1-8 and is expected to be able to teach both Filipino and Sealing Panlipunan subject areas and be willing to learn to work out of the Steiner/Waldorf pedagogical approach. The position necessitates a person with creativity and flexibility and who is a team player. Applicant should also be willing to undergo training and be willing to familiarize themselves with the innovative Steiner Waldorf curriculum and teaching methods. You will be joining a dynamic group of educators who are passionate about changing the world through Steiner Waldorf education. The school is located in Brgy. Libongcogon, Zarraga, Iloilo and serves students and families from Iloilo City and all surrounding towns in Iloilo Province. We are 45 minutes from Jaro Plaza. There is a school bus that transports students/faculty to the school on a daily basis when there are F2F classes.
