Qualifications
Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Electronics/Electrical/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of related work experience is an advantage
Basic to advance knowledge in computer and network troubleshooting
With knowledge and/or experience in cable and internet troubleshooting and installation
Willing to do field work
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT)
Preferably local resident of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija or nearby areas

Job Description
Install all schedule job orders for the day in order to fulfill the 1-3 days service level agreement
Record accurately all materials used on every account installed in order to have proper accountability and reconciliation on system
Implement and observe standard protocol in installations wherein the distance from tap to drop house should only be at maximum of 150 feet for docsis single and bundle account in order to maintain the normal signal and prevent internet connections problem
Install and configure cable modems, digital set-up boxes, and TV settings correctly and accurately to minimize if not totally prevent signal and connections problem
Attend to customer trouble report and conduct troubleshooting to address it with 12 hours upon receipt and to escalate any concerns as needed and necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve basic PC hardware and software problems without the need of IT support in order to ensure that said related concerns will addressed and fix at their level
Assist RF Crew and Construction and Implementation crew when conducting actual troubleshooting and cabling works in area of responsibility for speedy accomplishment of job orders
Accomplish job orders for pull out of materials from permanently disconnected accounts and record properly all recovered materials
