Job Description:
Driving targeted merchant acquisition deliverables in assigned territory
Learn the mobile app solution, become an ambassador, and deliver the portfolio of solutions to merchants Ensure that merchant feedback, queries, concerns, and experiences are captured, addressed, and communicated to the sales manager and merchant acquiring team head
On-ground face-to-face engagement with merchants on a periodic basis, troubleshooting and taking them from basic users to power users of the services
Reporting operational performance and proposing process improvements to sales managers and leaders
Job Qualifications:
Sales Savvy: Possesses a deep understanding of the art of the deal, excels in building rapport with customers and demonstrates confidence in closing sales.
Independent Spirit: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and requires minimal supervision to achieve goals.
Communication Whiz: Has the ability to captivate audiences with clear and persuasive communication, possesses compelling public speaking skills, and can build lasting relationships with merchants and partners.
Tech-Friendly: Proficient in navigating digital tools and can quickly adapt to new technologies.
Education: While a high school diploma is sufficient, any higher education is considered a bonus.
Sales Experience: Demonstrates a proven track record in sales, particularly in field sales, which is highly advantageous.
