You will be working with a team to ensure that target distribution objectives are met in various trade segments.
You will be responsible for territory and field force planning & management, creating route plans, and assessing the headcount needed to achieve coverage and distribution objectives.
You will also be tasked to develop, manage and motivate a highly competent and results-driven team.
Achieves volume, brand/SKU, coverage, calls per day targets.
Monitor the team's Collection & Credit Efficiency, Quality of AR, and aging accounts.
Ensures ideal stock inventory in all routes at any given time and safeguard product freshness.
Develops, manages, and motivates a competent team through objective-based targets, coaching, and training, regular performance feedback, formulates, and maps potential career maps.
Performs regular field visits in order to understand market trends, competitor practices, and customer behavior and to evaluate field force execution.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferably 2 years field sales management experience in related field and has gained experience in FMCG environment.
