FIELD SALES/ROVING MERCHANDISER
 
Job Responsibilities:
His/her focus is to further develop customers and facilitate customer growth.
Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals.
Provides excellent customer service to assigned partners.
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly or monthly work plans.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues
Work with sales team in maintaining good relationships with clients by ensuring that all requirements are met.
Schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers or for customers for sales presentations.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
