Recruits, builds and develops highly functioning and engaged Sales Agents to deliver exceptional customer experience and consistent business results for the Cluster.
Provides overall direction to Sales Agents to ensure timely delivery of MTD and YTD new Acquisition target, required Penetration level and Churn rate.
Ensures that the Direct Sales organization is fully compliant to Company and Client's sales policies and processes to achieve its Mission, Vision and Values.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year work experience with Training and Sales
Experience in the related field.
Preferably local resident of South and Western Pangasinan or nearby areas
Proven record in delivering results & targets;
Experience in Sales and Team Management, with field sales experience preferable within the Telco Industry
Demonstrated ability to build sales force
