Shall plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Shall research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Shall increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Shall find and develop new markets and improving sales.
Shall attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Shall saturate and do fieldwork designated areas to close merchants.
Shall develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Shall develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Shall train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Job Qualifications:
College graduate on relevant field
1 to 5 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply with good credentials
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated, driven attitude
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Organized work ethic
Proven track record in sales environment
Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers.
