FIELD SALES ENGINEER
 
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently or in FIELD to meet with clients and attend industry events.
With own motorcycle.
Male or Female.
 
Responsibilities:
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Possess a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their technical specifications, capabilities, and applications.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging with them to understand their needs, address technical queries, and propose solutions that align with their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and support, to ensure successful project completion.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to the sales and product development teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details. Generate reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, provide technical support during sales presentations, and offer insights into customer needs and preferences.
